Joni

Joni graduated from Central Dauphin H. S., attended H.A.C.C. under the advertising curriculum. Following her college academics she attended the Barber School Institute in Camp Hill and became PA Board Certified as a Barber/Stylist,  She began with Franklyn participating in the assistants program and presently graduated to the intern program.
